With over 30 years of dynamic leadership in the mortgage industry, Scott founded SiFi Lending as an institution for innovative lending solutions and a commitment to client satisfaction while providing a complete loan origination platform for experienced mortgage professionals. He is a seasoned business executive renowned for delivering exceptional results and driving growth in competitive markets. A visionary leader in the mortgage industry, Scott founded BWC Mortgage Services affiliated with Bank of Walnut Creek in 1994, pioneering the concept of bank-mortgage broker partnerships—the first of its kind in the nation. When Bank of Walnut Creek was acquired by First Republic Bank in 2006, he bought out the bank’s interest and took it private. In 2008, he sold half of the company to Redding Bank of Commerce and rebranded as Bank of Commerce Mortgage. Due to the success and growth of the company, he went on to acquire back the Redding Bank of Commerce’s 51% interest and established Commerce Home Mortgage in 2012. From there, CHM became a nationwide force with over 27 branches across the US and closing over $3 billion in loans annually. In 2018, he orchestrated the sale of the company to a Private Equity firm. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Scott graduated with a BA in Business from St. Mary’s College and continues to invest in his community helping those around him bring their visions to life whether it is residential, commercial and Private Capital Lending.

As President of SiFi Lending, a prominent leader in the financial services sector with a focus on providing innovative lending solutions, Jeff brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the forefront of mortgage finance. With a distinguished career spanning 30 years, he has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that optimize secondary marketing operations and elevate product development strategies. His comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks enables him to spearhead initiatives that maximize profitability and minimize risk in the retail and wholesale mortgage lending sector. Jeff has owned, operated, and participated in the sale of a successful Mortgage Bank exceeding $2B in annual loan production. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding market presence, forging key partnerships, and introducing innovative mortgage products tailored to meet diverse client needs. Prior roles include overseeing Operations, Secondary Marketing, Loan Officer, Board of Directors membership, and Wholesale Account Executive. His expertise in creative mortgage financing has been pivotal in navigating SiFi Lending through dynamic market conditions while maintaining a focus on sustainable growth and profitability. Jeff attained a BA in Business Economics from the University of CA Santa Barbara, is married with two grown children, and enjoys music, golf, and travelling.

Farid serves as Vice President and Broker, bringing deep industry knowledge and executive leadership to SiFi Lending's operations.

Controller

Eric has a broad finance and accounting background with over 26 years of experience. He was responsible for mortgage loan servicing, mortgage loan securitization delivery to GNMA and FNMA, negotiating warehouse capacities, treasury management, strategic business plan, debt & equity financing, capital market positions, multi branch financial packages, key performance indicators, and contract reviews. He has extensive exposure in mortgage loan origination channels such as retail, direct to consumer, wholesale, and correspondent channels. Prior to CCS, he was the CFO for Summit Funding, Inc. and participated in the organic growth of the company with over $1B mortgage loans originations. He has held financial executive positions as Senior Controller for Pacific Union Financial LLC and Corporate Controller for Megastar Financial Corporation. At Pacific Union Financial LLC, he was part of the team who assisted in providing the infrastructure for loan delivery to GNMA and FNMA. Eric spearheaded the financial reporting package with strict deadlines for 40 partner branches at Megastar Financial Corporation. At BWC (Bank of Walnut Creek) Mortgage Services, Eric was the EVP Finance and CFO responsible for the strategic growth of the mortgage banking activities. He was responsible for the transition from mortgage broker to banker and successfully made a material financial difference in the growth plan. In addition, he negotiated and secured warehouse capacities. Eric received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University (AACSB) and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from National University in San Jose, CA. Eric believes in staying current and well-versed in his skill sets. Eric's most recent conferment in 2018 is of his Executive Master in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno (AACSB).
