Simonich Financial, Inc. doing business as SiFi Lending is a California-licensed mortgage broker (NMLS #2563307). We connect borrowers with lenders — we do not lend our own funds. Our office is at 3130 Crow Canyon Place Suite 415, San Ramon, CA 94583.

What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Financial information for loan inquiries: Income, employment history, property details, assets, debts, and credit-related information you provide when requesting a loan quote or submitting an application.
Technical information: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and analytics events (collected via cookies with your consent).
Communications: Emails, text messages, phone call recordings, AI chat transcripts, and voicemail messages exchanged with our team.
How We Collect It
- Website forms — Get a Quote, Contact Us, Partner Inquiry, and career application forms
- Social media messaging — Instagram and Facebook DM conversations via ManyChat automation
- Phone calls — Inbound and outbound calls, which may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes
- Text messages (SMS) — Two-way messaging with your prior consent
- AI chat — Conversations with our website chatbot and internal AI assistant
- Cookies and analytics — With your consent, we use analytics and advertising cookies (see Cookies section below)
- Uploaded documents — Files you share with your loan officer via our secure upload portal
- Third-party sources — Lender status updates from our loan origination system (Arive)
Why We Collect It

- Borrower-lender matching — To find the best available loan products based on your financial profile
- Regulatory compliance — To satisfy requirements from the NMLS, DFPI (California), CFPB, and other regulatory bodies
- Marketing (with consent) — To send you relevant content, market updates, and promotional materials when you opt in
- Fraud prevention — To verify identity and detect potentially fraudulent activity
- Service improvement — To analyze usage patterns and improve our platform and borrower experience
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights over your personal information:
- Right to Know — You can request what personal information we have collected, the categories, the sources, and our business purpose for collecting it.
- Right to Delete — You can request deletion of your personal information. Note: we must retain loan application data for 7 years per federal regulations (CFPB Regulation B/Z).
- Right to Correct — You can request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — We do not sell personal information. If you have advertising cookies enabled, the Meta Pixel may constitute "sharing" under CCPA. You can opt out via our or by contacting us.
- Right to Limit Sensitive PI Use — You can limit how we use sensitive personal information (such as financial data) to purposes necessary for providing our services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights.

Text Messages (TCPA)
We may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to your loan inquiry, appointment reminders, status updates, and marketing content if you have opted in.
- Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any service.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your loan status and preferences.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from SiFi Lending at the number provided. You can revoke consent at any time by texting STOP or contacting us.
Phone Calls (TCPA)
Phone calls to and from SiFi Lending may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes.
- California is an all-party consent state. You will be notified at the beginning of any recorded call.
- By continuing the call after the recording disclosure, you consent to being recorded.
- If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the team member and the recording will be stopped.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Unconverted leads — Archived after 180 days of inactivity; permanently deleted after 2 years
- Loan application files — Retained for 7 years per CFPB Regulation B and Regulation Z requirements
- Call recordings — Retained for 90 days unless flagged for compliance review
- SMS history — Retained for 180 days
- AI chat transcripts — Retained for 90 days
- Analytics data — Hashed and anonymized after 30 days; aggregated data retained indefinitely
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest for stored documents
- Role-based access control — staff can only access data needed for their role
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) required for all staff accounts
- Continuous audit logging of data access and changes
- Application-level allowlist — only authorized personnel can access internal systems
While we take extensive precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.
