Even though I’ve been in the Top 1% Mortgage Originator, Mortgage Executive, Scotsman Guide, President Club, Presidential Elite along with 5 Star Professional awards throughout my career. Ultimately, our success is measured by the Client’s Experience navigating thru one of the most intense, stressful & largest transaction in a lifetime.

Finding the right Leadership & Executives within an Organization who to align with My Mission & My Goals of changing the landscape of loan product offerings, changing the image of the lending process while redefining of what it means to be a “local lender,’ across stateliness is a lofty vision. The solution was simple! Just circle back with the dynamic leadership of where it started- the Simonich brothers.

Founded in 2021 and launched in 2024, SiFi Lending is led by industry veteran Scott Simonich. The company brings deep expertise to a mortgage market facing historic challenges. GBT – Glenn Bushmire Team strives to win every deal in the typical FHA, VA, Conventional Fannie/Freddie Automated systems along with the Jumbo Loan Space. We have built an extensive 2nd Mortgage Lien Division including, HELOCS, Equity Lines, & HELOANS.

Our additional resources are vast, arranging Construction/Land Loans, Bridge Loans, Reverse 1031’s, Multi-Family, Commercial and Private Capital Transactions.

Glenn Bushmire is a rare breed, a native Californian born in the San Francisco Bay area and raised in the real estate business by his Mom, a top producing broker. He was headed to UC Berkeley when he decided the real-world curriculum of extreme winter sports proved a better testing ground and detoured to the Tahoe/Truckee area. What may seem an extreme diversion was exactly what Glenn needed to hone his competitive edge. When fellow athletes talked business and home buying, Glenn wanted to help. He had a gift for making connections and running financial numbers. At 24 he returned to school at the University of Nevada, Reno, and graduated with distinction, receiving his BS in Business Admin/Marketing.

After graduation, Glenn was hired by a local broker and quickly learned the business of real estate lending. Within a year, BWC Mortgage Services, an affiliate of The Bank of Walnut Creek, entered into a joint venture with Glenn. At 29 he opened their 1st branch in Lake Tahoe which became one of the leading companies in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area, thanks not only to his market proficiency but also his personal involvement in the community.

Glenn became an affiliate member of The Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors and local Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis and Disabled Sports programs. Recently he became an affiliate member with OCAR, the Orange County Association of Realtors.

In 2012, Glenn relocated to Southern California to be near his aging mother. He shelved the snowboard for a surfboard and struck up conversations and deals between waves at local breaks. If Glenn has a secret to his success, it’s that he never gives up and he always gives back.

Glenn provides up-to-date knowledge and financing and has extensive knowledge of the markets. He is passionate and enthusiastic and always makes himself available to clients, even if it requires mapping Fed-Ex locations in foreign destinations to get documents where they need to be, right on time.

SHOP

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

LOAN APPLICATION

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

LOAN PROCESSING

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

UNDERWRITING

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

CLOSING

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
